Yoga for Daily Living 2017 - Part IA daily practice can transform one’s experience of work, rest and play. As little as 15 minutes practice a day can bring many benefits. This two-part course will help you develop a suitable daily practice and show you how to integrate yoga into your daily life. This course is suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners who would like to look at their practice afresh. The course will systematically develop over a four-week period and include asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, journal keeping and yoga philosophy. It is designed to support you in getting started and then in maintaining your chosen practice. PART I will emphasise ways to introduce yogic techniques into daily life.
PART II will develop these programmes further and look at any difficulties experienced.
Presenters Poornam is a warm, sensitive and very experienced teacher who brings an energetic and no-nonsense approach to class, with an underlying vision of yoga as a way of life. Dates:
