Yoga Nidra 02Yoga Nidra is based on the practices of Nyasa, which belong to the system of Tantra. Yoga means union or one-pointed awareness, Nidra translates as sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness. In yoga Nidra, the state of deep relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences.
