You will be guided in

• mantras, their use and meaning
• how to integrate meditation into everyday life

The presenter for this workshop SWAMI SIVADHARA is an inspired, dedicated and enthuisiastic teacher, with over 15 years teaching experience. The focus of her teaching is a deepening of awareness, inner stillness and awakening of the heart chakra.
