Autumn Term Classes
Welcome to the Autumn '26 term. We hope you had an enjoyable Summer break. The Autumn term starts on Wednesday 16th September for some
classes and on Monday 21st September for some others. We are happy to welcome
Sarah Lynne who is now teaching the Cwrt Henri class.
The Ammanford
class will not have class on 22nd October, as the hall is to be used
for an election.
Monday's 3rd Year class (at the Centre) has now moved to Tuesdays at 4 - 5.15pm. All other class times remain the same.
The Wednesday Beginners covers the Foundation practices in a progressive series, with postures and breathing practices as well as
the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, a powerful tool to bring about
change. This course is designed for both beginners and those returning
to yoga. Thursday's Daytime class (10 - 11.30am) develops through the
term with a balance of more dynamic practices and relaxation.
Thursday's Gentle Yoga is perfect for students with health limitations.
We teach Integral Yoga, a blend of Foundation practices and classic
postures which help release tension within the body and encourage
flexibility and strength. Each of the classes spends time on
breathing practices and relaxation techniques which help ease the mind
and bring resilience. Many of the classes include meditation
techniques that can enhance awareness, help foster clarity of
perception as well as improve mental health.
PadmaSamBhava would not wish anyone to be excluded from attending classes because of fees and continues to offer concessions.
