Spring Term Classes begin the week starting Monday 11th January with a full range of continuing classes, a new Beginners starting Friday 22nd January and a new Meditation starting on 26th January.

The Restorative Yoga course continues now as a weekly class every Friday afternoon. This class will allow for drop-ins with prior arrangement.
The Wednesday ‘Afternoon Yoga’ continues as a strong class and welcomes new students with some experience of yoga. This class works with postures which develop flexibility and strength, as well as breathing practices for vitality and energy. Each class ends with a deep relaxation.

Chair Based Yoga (Yoga for Elders) is a 6-week fortnightly series which starts on Friday 8th January. These classes use gentle physical practices to increase flexibility and develop breath awareness for daily life, and a relaxation practice to develop calmness and help with sleeping. - Full schedule

 
The Spring Equinox day of Cleansing on Sunday March 20th will be another opportunity to learn the Hatha Yoga cleansing practices.
 
((Wheels+of+Life+Retreat|Wheels of Life Retreat)) - Sat 23rd and Sun 24th April Explores how chakras govern out behaviour, shape our emotional life, give expression to our deepest desires and build the structure of our physical body and personality.
