- creating your practice space at home
- ways to develop motivation and getting started
- the benefits of keeping a daily practice diary
Part II will develop these programmes further and look at any difficulties experienced.
We will cover:-
- group discussion
- progress and stumbling blocks
- further developing your practice programme
- how to maintain the inspiration
- additional ways to integrate yoga into daily life
