Integrate Yoga Practice into your busy daily life
When yoga practice is done daily the depth of this transformative science becomes apparant. The aim of these two workshops is to help bring about regular yoga practice in your life. Designed as a two-part workshop series. Part I will emphasise ways to introduce yogic techniques into daily life. Part II will develop these programmes further and look at any difficulties experienced.

PART I — Saturday 24th January 2004 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
  • programmes for morning and or evening to fit in with your life style
  • designing a realistic programme to suit your individual needs
  • creating your practice space at home
  • ways to develop motivation and getting started
  • the benefits of keeping a daily practice diary

PART II — Saturday 21st February 2004 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
  • group discussion
  • progress and stumbling blocks
  • further developing your practice programme
  • how to maintain the inspiration
  • additional ways to integrate yoga into daily life

Presenter:
Poornam a resident teacher at Padmasambhava will share her experience and knowledge of the how to integrate yoga into ones life.
