The yogic lifestyle begins with the emergence of a variety of awareness’s and develops through understanding and practical application of even a few simple principles and disciplines into the every day life.
During the sessions students will be introduced to some of the yogic principles and disciplines that can be integrated to help bring harmony into everyday situations and lifestyle. The day also includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and Meditation.
Presenter: Swami Sumitrananda, the presenter of the workshop, has developed a deep understanding of living the yogic principles and disciplines in life by living as a resident sannyasin in the ashram environment for over twenty five years.
