*** New Autumn 2005 Timetable ***

Three new themed classes for yoga teachers and experienced students are starting towards the end of September. This is a rare opportunity to attend a weekly class on a theme that will be covered in depth over a period of months. It is a unique chance to deepen your own sadhana (daily practice) as a student, and to inspire your teaching with practical knowledge that cannot usually be gained outside an ashram environment.

These classes will be taught by Swami Pragyamurti Saraswati, Director of the Satyananda Yoga Centre, London.

Tattwa Dharana :: Akasha Dharana :: Chakra Shuddhi
