Integrate Yoga Practice into your busy daily life

A daily practice can transform one’s experience of work, rest and play. As little as 15 minutes practice a day can bring many benefits. This two-part course will help you develop a suitable daily practice and show you how to integrate yoga into your daily life. This course is suitable for beginners and for experienced practitioners who would like to look at their practice afresh.
The course will systematically develop over a four-week period and include asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, journal keeping and yoga philosophy.
